The new librarian was responsible for many tasks; archiving regulations, history, maps, financial records, preparing dossiers, preparing briefings. For Me it was a step up and out of the mail room into a safe secure job. I had learned so much about the company; secrets no one knew. The company couldn't have picked a better person to do this job because I keep secrets like no one else.
Then she burst into the room; interrupting my collating and spiral publishing. I stood up and challenged her, "Hey. You can't be in here!"
She closed the door and in a few strides swiftly over to me behind the counter; Her aggressive, physical, measured pace hinted at a lifetime of military training. She did not appear angry, just driven... Determined. She is beautiful; I catch myself staring into her eyes.
She stated, "I need information."
"You need to use the correct channels and Once approved, I can get you any brief you need; Until then you need to leave."
She tilted her head and smiled slightly, "What I need; I need now. I want to know about the account transfers that happened at the McMillian Square Securities just before the terrorist bombing; Who's money was stolen, How much from each account, where the monies were sent to, and what happened to them next."
My eyes widened, I KNEW that information as I had been investigating that little mystery myself. I said, "Ma'am. after you have the correct authorization I will provide you with all the data on those subjects that you could ever dream of. Get out of my office now!"
She pressed one hand on my chest and I started to skip backwards. She was powerful and quick. I turned and reached towards my desk to hit the alarm. I had misjudged her; she had snatched my wrist, twisted it and my arm up behind my back. The pain of the wrist lock was excruciating. She forced me into the back room and against the wall. I turned around slowly. She wasn't wearing any I.D. badge, Who the hell was she? I had seen her before. I noticed her watching me here and there in the company building. She leaned in closer; she faintly smelled of warm vanilla. I wanted to kiss her. I was attracted to her...
Stupid. I surmised that my career was going to end here. This woman was a spy; once she had what she needed - she would kill me.
I sputtered, " I won't tell you anything."
She said, "Tell me what I need to know". She stood tall, straight. This wasn't seduction it was an interrogation.
I Growled back at her, "Never."
She looked into my eyes over the top of her glasses, "I was hoping that it wouldn't come to this, but"...
She was leaning in close to me, holding my gaze, her hands moving to open her jacket.
I pressed myself flat against the wall. This was it, I was going to die. I lunged to get past her, raising my hands to swat away any weapon she might be drawing from a concealed holster. In that instant, my hands passed through an open blouse, brushing over a smooth leather undergarment - I had lost my balance and toppled against her.
She shoved me back, but with us both off balance and my arms around her; I fell against the wall and She fell, pressing her body against me.
I was surprised to notice that her clothing was falling off. Her arms kept moving all the while. I hadn't been able to see what she had been doing. I was confused. if she was stripping to seduce me, it was working. What kind of killer gives you a lap dance before killing you? Was I wrong; Maybe she wasn't going to kill me. I had spent so many years alone. I had given up on love as a young man. Maybe, just maybe this woman was like me; So bound up with agency protocol that a repressed need, a yearning to be loved, had brought her to a breaking point.
I was becoming aroused as her arms repeatedly rubbed against my shoulders, her hands passing over my back, Hair darker than any raven's wing, eyes like twin sparkling oceans, Smooth skin, and warm vanilla. I felt so strange. I kissed her cheek. She did not reciprocate.
She stood instantly. I was tied up. I felt so strange. The world seemed to be hazy. She was there. She demanded sternly, "Tell me the truth"
I softly groaned, "I, I love you."
I don't remember what happened next. Actually, I don't remember any of this. I think I had passed out because I was so exhausted from the lack of sleep the night before...
The only problem I see with this is that the opening shirt reveal is a Superman trademark. It would be good for advertising a Wonder Woman movie if it marketed on a women can do it as well idea. "Well Superman can do it, so can I."
