Deviation Actions
Over my years I have had many people ask about the availability of high-resolution images or access to my layered PSDs. My answer has always been that I don't give out either. However instead of just tossing them on an external hard drive and essentially forgetting about them, I figure they would work as good rewards for people who choose to donate.
“So are you asking us to pay for what we used to get for free?”
Not at all, I will still post the smaller scaled down versions of the new images I create to my DA page same as before. The content that is available through my Patreon are just rewards for people who decide to donate.
Donation tiers with rewards:
$2+ Rewards: 1 full sized high resolution jpeg. This piece will a be brand new image and will have a resolution of 300dpi and measure approximately 12”W x 18”H (the standard size I work with, but sometimes dimensions vary slightly). The work I post on DA is scaled down to around 20% of their original size, so these will be significantly larger. These jpegs will also have a much smaller less obtrusive version of my “JC” signature logo.
$3+ Rewards: 2 full sized high resolution jpegs. One piece will a be the brand new image and the other one a hi-res version of one of my previous works. Eventually I may set up some sort of pole for patrons to vote on which of my previous pieces is made available.
$4+ Rewards: This includes the same 2 jpegs as the $3 tier, but with the inclusion of a NSFW image as well. The NSFW images will be exclusive to my Patreon as I just prefer not post work of that nature on my DA page. These will be a mix of NSFW versions of work I've already posted and altogether brand new images. They are soft pin-up style pieces, nothing explicit.
$20+ Rewards: The fully layered PSD version of the new image from the $2 tier as well as the 3 jpegs from the $4 tier. A big price jump I know, but I believe that these are much more valuable than the jpegs. My layered PSD files are well organized and should be easy to navigate as most of the layers are named accordingly and put into groups. Rest assured that you won't just be digging through one huge confusing column of hundreds of un-named layers.
$35+ Rewards: Both fully layered PSD versions of the images from the $3 tier including all 3 jpegs.
$40+ Rewards:: This includes all 3 layered PSDs and the 3 jpegs.
I realize that the last 3 tiers are on the higher side. I don't expect many – or really anyone – to sign up for these on a reoccurring basis. I'm assuming these will be more along the line of “once and done” donations for anyone curious to see my layered PSDs.

Each donation will be applicable only to the rewards for that specific term. There will be 2 terms per month. So if you decide to donate, you'll be billed twice a month. If you just want to make a one time donation without a reoccurring charge, you can set it up so its non-recurring. Terms will begin on 1st and 15th of every month (*dates may slightly vary depending on my schedule). After payment clears at the beginning of the month, I'll be sending out the previous month's rewards as download links through private messages. If you donated for both terms, you will receive both term's rewards at once.
Although I have done much research on Patreon, I'm new to the process so please forgive any rookie hiccups. I know not everyone can afford to donate or maybe just prefer not to do so. I can completely understand that but please still check back to my DA page for the smaller DA versions of my new content. Also keep an eye out for an upcoming video tutorial.
Video Tutorial:
After much demand I recently recorded a video of my work process from start to finish. I have no previous experience in video editing, but I'm quickly learning that editing video is a long arduous process. I recorded about 8 or 9 hours and I'm trying to edit it down so its fairly quick moving and not overly repetitive. Between all the other work I do, its hard to find enough time to dedicate to getting it done. Donating to my Patreon will help out as it can help free me up so I can focus more on finishing up the editing. If the demand is there, I'll create more tutorials later. As of now I don't have plans for any Patreon exclusive tutorials. The series of videos I'm currently working on (one tutorial in 4 or 5 parts) will be posted to Youtube when finished. So they will be available for all. However in the future I may offer some sort of exclusive bonus video tutorial content.
